24+ Hours Before Pickup
Full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
12-24 Hours Before Pickup
A 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Less Than 12 Hours
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
Rescheduling Your Ride
Need to change your pickup time or date? We offer free rescheduling for requests made at least 24 hours before your original pickup time.

- New booking is subject to vehicle availability
- Price adjustments may apply for different vehicle types or routes
Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during booking. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Promotional discounts or credits are non-refundable
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of documented emergencies such as medical situations, severe weather conditions, or flight cancellations, please contact us directly for consideration of exceptions to our standard policy.
For group bookings, corporate accounts, or special events, custom cancellation terms may apply as specified in your service agreement.
